Ardhisasa is the National Land Information Management System (NLIMS) launched by the Government of Kenya to digitize and streamline all land-related services. It's the official online portal for all land transactions and information in Kenya, managed by the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning (MoLPP) and the National Land Commission (NLC).

Key Services:

1.Identification Details: Your National ID Number and Serial Number (as per your ID).
2.Official Mobile Number: A mobile line registered in your name (using your ID number).
3.Personal E-mail Address.
4.KRA PIN (required for payments/transactions later).
5. A strong password.
Once you register, the next major step is property verification. You need to upload your existing ownership documents (like the Certificate of Title or Lease) for the Ministry to audit the manual records and migrate them to the new digital system.
